Pro 2

Throughput Meets Precision

The Pro 2 has been developed to become the most productive 3D printer in dentistry.

35 μm accuracy

The Pro 2’s patented Optical Panel Technology ensures industry-leading resolution

4x throughput

Pro 2 can 3D print 6+ full arch dental models in a single job or use the Arch Kit to print up to 2x faster. Now you’re in control of your production workflow.

15+ workflows

Pro 2 is the ultimate practice supercharger, supporting workflows across myriad specialties – from clear aligner production to hyper-precise hybrid dentures.

Ultra Violet Innovation

The LED that powers Pro 2 emits pure UV-A 385 nm light. This wavelength is ideal for photoinitiator absorption, which helps decrease shrinkage and improve cure depth control while boosting the green state mechanical properties. This leads to stronger, predictably precise final parts, with improved layer accuracy.

Pixel Perfect Accuracy

To make Pro 2, we flipped the script on the printing process, placing the patent-pending Optical Panel as close as possible to the resin tank, offering 35 µm resolution and zero distortion – all while retaining a large build area.

Take your practice to the next level of flexibility

Pro 2 comes with the Standard Kit, which has a huge build area perfect for batching and multi-patient production. The available Arch Kit can be installed simply by swapping the platform and resin tank, supercharging print speeds and offering the flexibility of rapid production.

UV-A light

The future of biomaterial innovation: A high-performance 385 nm LED light module offers four times the control over cure depth and ideal absorption of photoinitiators, as well as 96% uniform light distribution and improved mechanical components.

User-friendly

Pro 2 is our most user-friendly desktop 3D printer to date. With a large screen and research-driven software, anyone in your office can use it.

The Total Package

SprintRay doesn’t stop with printing. Our ecosystem includes design software and services, printers, and post processing equipment. It all works together to create a singular, streamlined workflow experience.

MIDAS

Digital Press Stereolithography (DPS)

Midas is the ultimate solution for fabricating chairside restorations. It uses patented Digital Press Stereolithography (DPS) to overcome the challenges of printing highly-filled viscous materials.

A patented technology by SprintRay

Midas uses Digital Press Stereolithography, a patent-pending printing method that replaces the resin, tank, and build platform with a Resin Capsule. This advancement allows Midas to print with highly filled resins that are too viscous to use on a conventional 3D printer.

Effortless fabrication

Simply scan, position and press – it’s that easy. Experience hassle-free handling with fully sealed resin capsules. Ready to use straight away, without the need for lengthy training for you or your team.

Validated materials

SprintRay Ceramic Crown is an FDA- and MDR-approved resin, authorised for definitive customised and fixed single crowns, definitive partial crowns in the anterior and posterior regions, and customised and fixed single veneers. Print single crowns, veneers, inlays or onlays in under 10 minutes.

Design in minutes with AI Studio

Midas AI Studio generates AI designs you can customize, then easily print in just a few steps.

AI Studio combines the convenience of AI design with the versatility of CAD to create a simple, cloud-based design suite. Designing a restoration with Studio is easy for anyone, while customization options like margin and adaptation adjustments help create a perfect fit.

NanoCure

Post cure your prints in just a few minutes with no need for nitrogen tanks

Take your prints to a whole new level of mechanical and aesthetic excellence.

NanoCure is host to a triple threat of technologies in a compact form factor. Expand your capacity while improving speed to care without losing counter space.

Materials Science Renaissance

NanoCure uses powerful new 365+385nm LEDs to cure 3D printed dental appliances without the need for nitrogen. The two wavelengths team up to optimize biocompatibility and mechanical properties.

Biocompatibility, Fast

Short-wavelength light delivers an intense blast that scatters on the surface of your parts, creating a perfect cure with no tackiness and full biocompatibility.

Shade Perfect

Because of its extremely short cure times, NanoCure produces restorations with shades closer than ever to your shade guide without sacrificing strength or biocompatibility.

Goodbye Nitrogen

The SprintRay Biomaterials Innovation Lab formulates resin that works in perfect tandem with our hardware. These photoinitiators and LEDs remove the need for nitrogen.

ProWash S

Patented 9-minute cleaning cycle

SprintRay ProWash S is the next generation of automatic post processing equipment for dental 3D printing. It provides a two-stage wash and thorough dry for your printed parts in just 9 minutes.

Thanks to its updated motor profile, precisely manufactured propeller, and innovative IPA washing method, ProWash S can complete a 2-stage wash and thoroughly dry in just 9 minutes.

Cleaner, Faster

Not only does ProWash S offer the fastest workflow in dentistry, it provides an incredibly thorough clean. Our engineering team optimized the motor dynamics and wash profiles to improve efficiency across all resin types.

3X Drying Performance

Optimizing your workflow means that every printed part is completely clean and totally dry before post curing. An all-new drying fan channels air directly into the wash chamber to ensure the best possible mechanical properties.

Three Devices, One Job

When you start a print job, you’re activating a full ecosystem of connected products. With SprintRay Cloud on ProWash S, your devices can speak to one another, transferring important information and instructions every step – from print to wash to cure.

SprintRay Resins

Resins for dental 3D printing

Die and Model 2

SprintRay Die & Model 2 Tan/Grey is a major step forward in dental modeling materials for 3D printing. The beige color (Tan) mimics classic dental plaster, and the gray color (Grey) offers extremely high color contrast. This new resin has almost no pigment deposition, which means you can spend more time printing and less time mixing. Improved adhesion to the printing platform is accompanied by an increase in flexural modulus and strength, resulting in higher success rates and a lower risk of breakage.

EU High Impact Denture

Digital dentures can reduce the number of appointments required for denture insertion. SprintRay EU High Impact Denture Base Resin is a biocompatible resin for the generative manufacture of denture bases.
SprintRay EU High Impact Denture Base is available in orange pink, natural pink, light pink, and deep pink shades.

Apex Base

SprintRay Apex Base is an alternative to traditional denture base materials. It is intended for professional dental use only. It is available in different shades: Light Pink, Original Pink, Dark reddish Pink, and Opaque Original Pink.

Crown HT

SprintRay Crown HT for Midas is an FDA 510(k)-cleared, biocompatible composite material for definitive dental restorations. With over 60% ceramic content, it mimics natural light scattering, making it ideal for full crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers. Crown HT is designed to replicate the mechanical properties of natural teeth, ensuring durability, aesthetics, and long-term functionality. Crown HT capsules are available exclusively for the SprintRay Midas in shades A1, A2, A3, B1, and Bleach and require the SprintRay NanoCure curing unit for optimal results.

Ceramic Crown

Ceramic Crown is an FDA 510(k) Class II cleared material for 3D printing now available in DPS capsules for the world’s simplest restoration printing workflow on Midas.

Featuring a ceramic-dominant formulation for and print times under ten minutes, Ceramic Crown is your go-to material for restorations.

OnX Tough 2

SprintRay OnX Tough 2 is a groundbreaking resin that has received FDA clearance for use in creating fixed hybrid dentures. This material leverages cutting-edge NanoFusion™ technology, which offers exceptional durability and visual quality.

The result is a remarkably lifelike appearance that closely resembles natural enamel.
